Lead our corporate mergers & acquisitions team, driving transaction sourcing, corporate valuation reviews, and post-merger integration blueprints for high-value strategic combinations.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity.
  • Proven transaction history managing deals valued at $100M+.
  • Unrivaled executive presence, client relationship history, and team leadership.
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or equivalent credentials.
