Anthony Johnson founded Arrow Ways with the vision of creating a consulting firm that bridges the gap between strategy and execution.
With extensive experience leading engineering, quality, supplier development, manufacturing operations, and organizational transformation, Anthony has worked alongside companies ranging from innovative startups to Fortune 500 manufacturers. His leadership has supported organizations operating within the automotive, aerospace & defense, industrial manufacturing, medical device, and energy sectors.
His career has centered around solving high-impact operational challenges by building systems that improve performance, strengthen quality, and develop high-performing teams. Anthony believes that leadership is earned through service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
